1. Booking and Payment

Reservation Requirements: All bookings must be made in advance, and a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other major forms of payment. Full payment must be received before the service date.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge. No refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Service Inclusions

Airport Transfers: Includes pick-up/drop-off at designated times and locations.

Custom Excursions: Tours are customized based on client preferences and availability.

Concierge Services: Includes booking assistance for excursions, dining reservations, and nightlife experiences. Additional fees may apply depending on the services requested.

Security Services: Secure transportation and concierge services are available upon request, but must be arranged in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities

Personal Belongings: Island Luxe Tours is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during the service. Clients should keep all valuables secure.

Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who displays disruptive or dangerous behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Health and Safety: Clients must inform us of any health or mobility issues that may require special accommodations. We will do our best to meet those needs within the limits of our services.
5. Force Majeure
Island Luxe Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications to services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or extreme weather conditions.
6. Liability

General Liability: Island Luxe Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course of travel, excursions, or while using our services, except in cases of gross negligence.

Third-Party Services: We may recommend or book third-party providers (hotels, restaurants, etc.) on your behalf. However, we are not responsible for the services provided by these third-party vendors.
7. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have adequate travel insurance for their trip. Island Luxe Tours recommends travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and any unforeseen events during your visit.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints: Any complaints should be directed to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the laws of Jamaica.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms
