For tips, though, it's best to use Jamaican Dollars (JMD). It’s always handy to have some JMD for local purchases and tipping. No worries—we'll cover everything in detail during our initial consult call!

How many people can you fit in your vehicle?
The standard Island Luxe Tours JA van comfortably seats 7 passengers and comes equipped with TVs, eating trays, sanitizer, and other amenities. For larger groups, we also offer a bigger vehicle that accommodates up to 14 people.

Yes. Our vehicles are insured.

What are you expectations regarding passenger behavior?
We expect all passengers to maintain respectful and polite behavior during their ride. Any belligerence, rudeness, or confrontational actions, including assaulting the driver, will result in immediate removal from the vehicle with no refund. Cleanliness is also required—tray tables and cup holders are provided for your convenience, and any excessive mess, such as vomiting, will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available in certain situations, such as flight cancellations. If environmental conditions affect your scheduled activities, we will make every effort to reschedule or replace them with an alternative option.
